Frankston kitchens were excellent from start to finish. Graeme did a great job working out what we wanted and planning. Jamie did an excellent job building the kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. Jon installed the kitchen beautifully. Samantha was very efficient in answering queries and helping out. I couldn’t believe how quickly they installed the kitchen from start to finish and we did need renovations done beforehand but it was basically there in around 5 weeks. Only downside was that I wasn’t a fan of the payment schedule as the whole kitchen had to be paid for in instalments but before kitchen arrived. Thus made me uneasy but there wasn’t a problem in the end. I suppose businesses now have to be wary

Just had Graham and Sam and the team at Frankston Kitchens remove and remodel our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier!

From the first consultation Graham made us comfortable with his warm nature and clear knowledge and understanding of his products and design. He helped us bring our vision to life… and at a price that was very reasonable.

Service was quick and reliable. Communication from Sam and the office meant we knew what was happening every step of the way. All trades who were in our home worked cleanly and efficiently.

If you are after a superior product at reasonable price, from a well established family business you cannot go past Frankston Kitchens. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to update their space.

We recently had our lovely kitchen done with Frankston Kitchen in October this year and would like to applaud them for the fantastic job they did. I wish to commend the following people from Frankston Kitchen for their fantastic job.

During the intial consulatation we had Austin at our home, and he was more than helpful in accommodating our ideas and giving us lots of constructive comments. There was no pressure or exuberant promises made and he gave us the best price possible. We were very happy with the initial presentation and had him again in at our house to discuss some finer points. We then decided to sign up with Frankston Kitchen.

From then on they organised everything as promised and I only had to call a few times to discuss the appliances and the cut-out measurements. In that respect, Jamie was very helpful in terms of what was going on and the progression of the cabinetry and cutouts. I would also like to credit Jamie, as my installer from Qasair mentioned the rangehood cupboard was very well designed, especially in comparison to some of the previous ones he had installed.

The backbone of the operation was Samantha and she organised and scheduled everything as promised according to the initial schedule. Jon who did the installation for Frankston Kitchen had an eagle eye for details. During the installation process, he spotted a few cupboards with small marks and informed Frankston Kitchen to order new doors as replacements, which they promptly acommodated.

Frankston Kitchen gave us an option to use their trade or use our own trades for electrical, plumbing and plastering. Luckily, we chose their trades as Mark the electrician, Ben the plumber and Troy the plasterer were fantastic. They even went beyond their call of duty to fix some extra things that needed to be done around the house such as installing the sensor light, plastering some cracked walls, and fixing our bathroom vanity tap.

In a nutshell, Frankston Kitchen was a pleasure to work with and allowed for a very smooth delivery of a new kitchen. All the staff involved were very accommodating, considerate and cooperative.

We have had a wonderful experience with Frankston Kitchens from the outset. We asked for some specific design aspects to be incorporated into our kitchen and nothing was a problem for the Frankston Kitchen Team.

They provided high quality, detailed drawings of the design and delivered and installed the Kitchen within the time-frame agreed. There were a couple of very small issues with the kitchen they installed which they identified themselves and resolved within a couple of days.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Very professional, exceptional quality and great communication. They even rang a week after install was complete to make sure we were enjoying our new space and to let us know they could help with anything we decided we weren’t happy with.
